Obesity is a severe health condition where a person accumulates an abnormally high proportion of body fat. This condition can increase risk of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis. The body mass index (BMI) is the common method used to determine obesity and is based on the relation between height and weight. The concept of body weight is know to be agonizingly deceptive and erroneously judgmental in many instances and the world has many reasons to believe in the concept. The concept of obesity has been the one that has been faced by the human society ever since the early civilization started to walk the lands.
It remains to be seen if rapid weight loss has a chance to last. Obviously, who ever works in the field of taming excess weight gain has not found the magic formula as of yet. At least not one that has hit a broad level of society. With weight loss being a field in which to make millions of dollars every year we can doubt that any finding that favours a non commercial way to lose weight will fail. Most research reveals that the combination of excessive nutrient intake and sedentary lifestyle is the main cause for obesity in the Western society. Despite the widespread awareness, it is evident that overeating still remains a problem. There are certain ethnic groups that are more prone to obesity than others. Individuals with greater adipose reserves are more likely to survive famine. Mental illnesses, like eating disorders, also increase obesity risk. Most evidence for using these supplements in weight loss is either scant or mixed. None of these supplements will work for significant weight loss without changes to diet and exercise habits. Lack of exercise/yoga Physical inactivity develops lithargicness and necessary hormones are not released in our body in sufficient quantity for the smooth functioning of our vital organs. Lack of exercises and restricted movability of body is also one of the the factor of obesity as what we eat is converted in calories and if do not burn excess calories it may deposit as fat in our body.
